STANDARD RATES: Free*

OVERNIGHT RATES: $25 within the continental USA. Order must be placed by 12pm CST to ship out same day (excluding weekends and holidays).
INTERNATIONAL RATES: International shipping to Canada, Australia and Europe is a flat rate of $29*.

Return Policy

All regular priced items are accepted for return or exchange if returned in sale-able condition within 14 days, accompanied by sales receipt and with all tags still attached.

Clearance & sale items are accepted for exchange only.

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 3 - 5 business days of receiving your return. Refunds can only be processed to the same credit card used for your purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Return Procedure

Pack the merchandise to be returned.
Return to 24165 W IH 10, Suite 217-497, San Antonio TX 78257.
Write reason for return next to the item on your invoice, fill out the return form, and pack it in the box. Please make sure that your name, address, phone number and e-mail address are included.
